1. Are there any delivery charges?
There is no delivery charges for certain pin codes. For particular pin codes there is a delivery charge. Please use our pin code checker to see if any delivery charge is applicable for you.
2. In what condition will I get the Triad M1?
All bicycles delivered by us will be fully fitted and ready to ride. In some rare cases we will send an unassembled bicycle and will send a technician to your house for assembling the bicycle for free.
3. I want to buy a bicycle but I am not able to make my decision on which one to buy.

4. Do these bicycle come with warranty?
All bicycles we sell come with a standard warranty on the frame, provided directly by the brand. 5. Do you have a Cash on Delivery facility?

6. How will I know if the Triad M1 will fit me without riding it?

7. How long will it take for me to receive the Triad M1?
The delivery for this product is 7 to 14 working days from the day of Order. Once the shipment is dispatched, we will send you a personalized tracking link for you to track your package.
8. Terms for Defects and Returns
