ChooseMyBicycle.com’s Response to COVID-19

Our team is working around the clock to ensure we continue to provide our services during this most critical time. At ChooseMyBicycle.com we prioritise the safety of our customers, employees and vendors with equal sincerity. We have undertaken stringent hygiene measures to ensure the utmost safety while dispatching Bicycles, E-Bicycles and Accessories to our customers.

• The Warehouse is cleaned thoroughly twice a day with approved sanitisation products.
• Temperature Checks thrice a day for all employees with records maintained for all. If the temperature is high the employee is asked to work from home immediately.
• All Employees have to wear the N95 mask and gloves at all times.
• Employees will have to sanitize their hands after exchanging and contact of documents or items with others.
• Employees have to maintain at least 8 feet gap from each other at all times.
• Employees should not share food and water with each other.
• All Outside Vendors will only be allowed to enter the office if they are wearing a mask and gloves. Products received from vendors are sprayed and sanitized before it moves into the warehouse.
• The Vendor's temperature will be checked at the door before they enter the office.

• Bicycle, E-Bicycle and Accessories are sprayed with a Sanitizer before Packaging.
• Assembly and Packaging Area is cleaned and sanitised before and after every bicycle is packed.
• Mechanics/Technicians wear gloves and masks at all times during the assembly process.
• Every Bicycle, E-Bicycle or Accessory once packed, is Sanitized before dispatch. Look for the ‘Packed with Care’ sticker on your box.
