Firefox to launch 2 new bicycle models at Auto Expo 2018

Firefox are all set to launch 2 bicycle models at the ongoing Auto Expo in Noida. This practice of launching a few high end performance bicycle models at Auto Expo’s is slowly catching up in India. Surrounded by the big names in the Bike and Car industries it gives the bicycle brands a whole new exposure to showcase their new launches.

Firefox Stravaro

The Firefox Stravaro is a 29er hardtail MTB with unibody styling on a smoothly welded frame. There is internal cable routing on the frame for a neater outlook. The SR XCM front suspension looks like it might have 80-100mm travel on them which would make them great for the toughest of trails. Stravaro is derived from Strava which means to strive in Swedish. Let’s hope this bicycle strives in performance to be a winner in the 29er MTB segment.

Firefox Volante

Firefox Volante

Volante which means to fly in Italian, is a hybrid bicycle built for riding in the city. This hybrid bicycle also comes with internal cable routing. Looks like Firefox is giving more importance to aesthetics and going for that neat look on their newly launched models. With rigid forks and a sleek frame this hybrid bicycle might be best suited for fast urban riding.

Conclusion

Firefox have always been following a rather random pattern of launching bicycles through the year rather than having a fleet of new models launched together. But in the last 2-3 months Firefox have launched 3 new bicycle models and with these 2 new one’s the count will go up to 5. Looks like Firefox are upping their game to make a mark on the affordable performance bicycle segment.
