The Triad C1 is built on a Steel frame that is lightweight owing to the TIG welding tech combined with smooth welds and tapering tubes. The ergonomically designed frame ensures that the rider is in a comfortable and upright riding position. The frame design offers a leisure riding position without the slightest hint of aggression. The frame has bracket mounted side kickstand attached to the chainstay. There is a provision to mount a water bottle holder on the frame.
This bicycle has a Steel rigid fork with a slight curvature, that ensures ideal shock absorption for urban riding conditions. Additionally, a rigid fork is easy to maintain and enables precise handling and control of the bike. This bicycle is available in an 18” frame size and can be ridden by riders upto 6ft 1in.
The Triad C1 has been designed keeping the broad aesthetic appeal of simple and clean graphics. This bicycle is available in a single colour option - Matte finish Traffic Orange with Black graphics. What stands out right at the first glance of this bicycle is the premium quality of the paint, evident from the impeccable matte finish across the bicycle.
The Triad C1 comes equipped with a Single-Speed drivetrain and 44T crankset that offers a smooth ride. A Single-Speed bicycle is straight-forward in terms of usage and can be used for commutes and recreational rides. For a beginner, using a Single-Speed Bicycle on climbs, like flyovers, hills etc.could require extra effort while pedalling and it could take some time, patience and practice to get the hang of it.
The Triad C1 comes equipped with Alloy V-brakes from Power, which are connected to Alloy brake levers that are strong and easy to use. The braking mechanism on this bicycle offers ultra-responsive and super powerful braking. Abrupt braking was powerful, requiring only the slightest pull of the levers to bring the bicycle to a complete stop. Feathered braking was easy and smooth. The braking felt stable, well-controlled and safe.
This bicycle comes equipped with a 580 mm wide handlebar that offers an ‘Open-Chested’ grip that promotes a comfortable, upright and relaxed riding position. A wide handlebar offers good control and maneuverability of the bicycle, thus ensuring superior handling on rugged terrains and/or crowded riding conditions. The ergonomically designed comfort bar grips have cushioning and offer adequate palm support for recreational usage and medium-distance commutes.
The Triad C1 comes equipped with a pair of 26” x 1.95” tires from Wanda, that are attached to Alloy rims. These wheels are well treaded, with closely spaced treads that offer superior grip while on the road. Cornering felt stable and balanced, this is largely owing to the superior grip offered by these grippy wheels. The Quick Release option on the wheels makes removing the wheels fast and easy.
This bicycles comes equipped with a Wide PU Foam Cushioned Comfort Saddle. The width of the saddle accommodates the sit bones comfortably with enough cushioning for commutes and basic city usage. The length of the saddle feels slightly extra, and could take some time to get used to. The quick release option on the seat-post makes it easy to adjust the saddle height while on the move.

The Triad C1 is an affordable Single-Speed City Bicycle that is well-designed and looks great! This bicycle is ideal for recreation rides, city commutes and is a great way to focus on burning those calories while having fun! This bicycle is priced at Rs, 12,525 (as on 24th October 2019).
