Ralleyz is a new entrant to the Bicycle industry with both Kids and Adult Bicycle models in their range. These Bicycles from Ralleyz are both stylish as well as strong in build quality, thus giving an exciting Cycling experience for every rider. We got the opportunity to test ride the Ralleyz Y-One – Tidal Blue Single-Speed MTB and here is what we thought.

The Ralleyz Y-One is A Single-Speed all-rounder Urban MTB which can tackle the roughest of urban roads and even flat trails.
The Ralleyz Y-One has been built using a TIG welded Steel frame. While Steel is known to be on the heavier side, the design of this Bicycle and the welding on the frame contributes towards reducing the overall weight of this Bicycle. The geometry of the frame ensures a comfortable, upright riding position.
This Bicycle comes equipped with an Orbi-Shox suspension fork at the front with a sufficient travel which will help tackle rough roads.
Sturdy and comfortable frame to tackle the roughest of urban roads
The Ralleyz Y-One has been designed with simple yet bright and elegant graphics. The welding on the edges of the frame looked simple and neat. The Bicycle we test road had a primary colour of Tidel Blue with Black graphics. The colour-coded Saddle and fork match the decals which added to the overall aesthetic appeal of the Bicycle.

The Ralleyz Y-One is a simple Single-Speed Bicycle. The Bicycle is ideal for city commuting and leisure riding. The Bicycle could require extra effort while using it on inclines like flyovers in the city. In today’s world of technological advancements, simple Single-Speed Bicycles are losing their base and the introduction of many such Single-Speed Bicycles from manufacturers is reviving their popularity and is also easy to ride and maintain.

The Ralleyz Y-One comes equipped with JAK 8 Mechanical Disc brakes at the front and rear that offer adequate stopping power on both smooth and rough roads. The brakes were powerful and strong during the test ride. The brake cables are colour coded with the overall colour scheme of the Bicycle.
The handlebar on the Ralleyz Y-One was wide enough to ensure a comfortable upright riding position. The width of the handlebar allows for superior control and maneuverability in crowded riding conditions. The handlebar grips felt slightly hard during the test ride.
The Mechanical Disc brakes were powerful and balanced on both dry, wet and rough city roads
The Ralleyz Y-One comes equipped with 29" x 2.4" tires attached to Double Wall Alloy rims. The treading on the tires allowed for a good grip and added traction while on the road, making this Bicycle ideal for regular city usage on both wet and dry conditions. The 29” circumference made it easier to ride over the roughest of roads.
This Bicycle comes equipped with a comfortable saddle that is wide enough to accommodate one’s sit bones. Additionally, the seat post has a quick release option, making adjusting the height of the saddle easier on the go.

This Bicycle has a comfortable riding posture and a robust frame which can handle rough surfaces. The Single-Speed drivetrain made it easy to ride and maintain. The 29” MTB tires were heavily treaded and fast rolling, thus making it perfect for the roughest of urban roads and even flat trails.
