Hercules is one of the brands under the T.I Cycles umbrella. Hercules has been around for a long time and has a rich history of being the front runners in the Kids bicycle segment. We got the opportunity to check out the Hercules Bazooka 24 and here is what we thought.

A stylish, comfortable and strong steel framed bicycle for children.
Frame - The Hercules Bazooka 24 is built around a strong Steel rigid frame. The top tube was slanting which gave extra standover clearance for the rider. The geometry made sure the riding posture was comfortable. The frame did feel heavy at 16.2 kilograms and some kids might find it difficult to lift it up the stairs.
Fork -This bicycle has a sleek rigid fork made of Steel.
Drivetrain -The Bazooka 24 is equipped with a Single-Speed drivetrain which is smooth and easy to pedal.
Braking -The bicycle is equipped with standard V-brakes at the front and rear. With easy and smooth brake levers the stopping power was safe and balanced.
Tires - The Hercules Bazooka rolls on a pair of 24” tires. These tires come with a tube inside and provide good grip on both smooth and rough roads.
Other Features - Colour-coded cushioned saddle, comfortable ride geometry, stylish chain guard for safety, bolts for bottle cage and a pre-installed rear steel carrier.
Colours -The bicycle is available in two colour options – Blue with Black/White graphics and Red with Black/White graphics.
The Hercules Bazooka 24 can be ridden by kids in the height range of 4’ 4” to 5’ 2”
This bicycle is strong and has a comfortable frame geometry. The paint quality, design and graphics were top notch and looked no less than a stylish adult bicycle. The 24” tires were well treaded and the pre-installed mudguards and rear carrier were useful features. The Hercules Bazooka 24 is priced at Rs.5,405 (as on 14th May 2019).
