All bicycles delivered by us will be fully fitted and ready to ride. In some rare cases we will send an unassembled bicycle and will send a technician to your house for assembling the bicycle for free.

All bicycles we sell come with a standard warranty on the frame, provided directly by the brand. Incase of any warranty claims pertaining to your product, contact us on [email protected], and ChooseMyBicycle will follow the due process to help you claim your warranty through the respective brand.

Currently we don’t provide Cash on Delivery facility but we are working on it and are hoping to get this payment option soon.

Our team has done extensive research on sizing charts for all types of bicycles. If you tell us your height we will be able to help you in selecting the suitable size. You can also refer to our sizing chart for this particular category of bicycle by clicking here.

The delivery time for every bicycle differs according to the location. You can check the delivery time to your location by entering your pin code in our pin code checker. Once the shipment is dispatched we will send you a personalized tracking link for you to track your package.

If in the unfortunate circumstance that the product you receive is damaged, contact us at [email protected] and will try and address this issue through our technicians, or assure returns/replacement of defective parts in case of manufacturing defects after checking necessary proof of the damage/defect.
