A performance focused urban MTB for comfortable riding on both rough and smooth roads.
The WaltX Summit 26 is built on a strong and lightweight Hardtail Alloy frame. MTB’s are supposed to be strong and often presumed to be heavy but this Alloy frame keeps the weight in check. The frame geometry with its slanting top tube was ideal combination of comfort and aggressiveness which is suitable for trails and rough city roads. The longer rear triangle and contoured seat tube on this Frame is engineered to provide better agility and performance for the rider.

The Summit 26 which I test rode came in a full Neon Green primary colour with Black as the secondary colour for text and graphics. The edges of the tubes were smoothly welded and the rear triangle shape makes it stylish. The colour coded suspension fork and saddle enhanced the aesthetics of the bicycle immensely.

The Summit 26 comes equipped with Shimano Tourney TZ30 3-Speed at the front and Shimano Tourney 7Z50 7-Speed at the rear as derailleurs. These Tourney derailleurs are sleek and shift smoothly. The Shimano trigger shifters were easy to operate with a neat design and a clear gear indicator display.

The Mechanical Disc brakes at the front and rear were ideal for precise and safe braking performance on trails and urban roads. During the test ride, when braking on fast turns and in traffic, it felt balanced and had a quick response time.
The 680mm alloy handlebar was wide and gave an open chested riding posture while still being comfortable.

The WaltX Summit 26 rolls on a pair of DSI 26” x 2.0” MTB tires along with double walled Alloy rims. The treading was bulky and evenly spaced out, giving superior traction on both smooth and rough Urban roads. The 26” wheel size ensured faster rolling on roads.
The stock WaltX Saddle was sporty in design with the perfect length and width to keep the rider comfortable and stable.

This MTB is built on a strong yet lightweight Alloy frame which is comfortable to ride. The contoured seat tube and longer rear triangle provide increased agility and performance for riders. The 80mm front suspension fork was useful when riding over bumps, potholes and other rough patches. The 26” x 2.0” tire size ensured faster rolling speeds on both smooth and rough urban roads.
