Overall the cycle looks very good. The lockable Hydraulic front suspension and the flexible saddle definitely add to the riding comfort. If this cycle deserves any marks, it is only due to these two aspects. However, I am doubtful about the overall quality control. Two days after the purchase, the right foot pedal got stuck and front wheel turned noisy. The technician at the dealer fixed the noise by adjusting the disk brakes but the pedal obstruction continued. Yesterday the pedal fell off while I was on the road. This is not expected out of an ATB which is supposed to be of high endurance. Moreover this is dangerous. It may be a problem with the piece that I have purchased. And it is also not a question of whether the dealer or the company will fix the issue or not. It is a question of quality and endurance. Based on my experience over the past many years with cycles, older brands such as Atlas, BSA, and Hercules are far more strong and sturdy and have lesser complaints. Also, the traditional cycles cost less than 1/3 the price. They may not provide the comfort but are sturdy and safe. I had my best experiences however with a Raleigh that I owned 20 years back. . A normal classic bike but, best in riding comfort and very sturdy. My opinion this is definitely not good use of money. (It is mid-range cycle with an m.r.p. of Rs.32000.) I’ll not recommend this brand from an overall quality & safety perspective.
