The Triad M3 has been built on a lightweight, sturdy 6061 Alloy frame. This hardtail can easily withstand rugged and harsh riding conditions including uneven urban roads and moderate trails. The ergonomic frame geometry delivers a perfect mix of comfort and performance without an overly aggressive riding position. The frame has the provision to mount a water bottle holder. It also has a bracket mounted kickstand attached to the chainstay. This bicycle is available in a single frame size - 18”.

The Triad M3 comes equipped with a Triad branded front suspension fork with a 80mm travel. The travel on offer guarantees optimal performance over a wide range of terrains, while ensuring comfort with minimal vibrations transferred to the rider.

The Triad M3 has been designed to appeal to a wide audience. The bicycle has been designed in such a way that it has a sporty look that is sleek and classy at the same time. The bicycle is available in a single colour option - Matte Black with Orange and Ivory white graphics. The colour combination used in tandem with sleek and neat graphics enhances the overall aesthetics of the bicycle.

The Triad M3 is a 21-Speed bicycle. This bicycle comes equipped with Shimano Tourney drivetrain whose shifting is controlled by Shimano Trigger shifters. The shifting was efficient and seamless, with no evident lag. The ultra responsive Shimano Trigger shifters were crisp and easy to operate with precise shifting on offer. No room for complaint here.

The Triad M3 comes equipped with Mechanical Disc brakes at the front and rear. The brakes offered smooth and confident feathered braking. However, I feel the need for extra stopping power to bring the bicycle to a complete stop with abrupt braking. The brake levers are sturdy, easy to operate and are well positioned, requiring only two fingers to access.

This bicycle comes equipped with a wide handlebar. The MTB Sport 680mm handlebar offers a ‘open-chested’ position that ensures a relaxed and upright riding position. Furthermore, this wide handlebar ensures precise control, maneuverability and quick handling. The handlebar grips are well-cushioned and offer sufficient palm support with good absorption to ensure minimal transfer of vibrations to the rider’s arms. While the cushioning is ideal for urban riding conditions, there could be a need for extra cushioning when riding on trails and very rough surfaces.

The Triad M3 rolls on a pair of 27.5” x 2.1” MTB tires from Wanda that are attached to double walled Alloy rims. These well-treaded tires offer good grip and stability on rugged and uneven surfaces. When tested on a smooth surface, the tires were fast rolling with enough traction to provide stability even in wet riding conditions and sharp turns. The biggest advantage on offer with 27.5” wheels is the ease of handling the bicycle on both on-road and off-road riding conditions.

This bicycle comes equipped with an ergonomically designed PU foam cushioned Saddle that guarantees a comfortable on-saddle experience. The width of the saddle comfortably accommodates the rider’s sit bones with adequate cushioning which ensures minimal transfer of vibrations from bumpy surfaces. A quick release option on the seat post makes it easy to adjust the saddle height while on the go.
